Exterior Paint Colors

Buying paint from the same store and using the same machine calibration is important for color consistency—especially in HOA communities where precise color matching is often required . Even if you're using the same brand and color code (e.g., Sherwin-Williams SW 7008 “Alabaster”), the tinting machines at different stores may be calibrated slightly differently.

Tree Removal & Maintenance

Loch Isle is home to 146 trees lining our roadways, creating a beautiful canopy that enhances the character of our community. Most of these trees are located on individual homeowner lots or along property lines, and as such, each homeowner is responsible for maintaining the trees on their property.

However, please be aware that the Town of Miami Lakes Ordinance No. 12-151 mandates the protection of the Town’s tree and forest resources. This means that any pruning or removal of trees must comply with local regulations.

To better understand these requirements, we encourage all residents to review the Tree Removal Permit Application, which outlines the Town’s rules and procedures for tree maintenance and removal.
