APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR ANY AND ALL EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS OR IMPROVEMENT

Changing or replacing any EXTERIOR structures or elements require ACC and/or Board of Director approval:  Terrace awning, windows and doors, safety gate, installing an EVCS ( Level 1 or 2), roof, back terrace screen.

To begin the process, please email or call New Horizons to request a Modification Application, or download it directly from our website.
Once your completed application package is received and reviewed by New Horizons, it will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for consideration.

The Board will review your request, and if it meets HOA standards, you will receive an approval letter. This letter should be submitted to the Town of Miami Lakes along with your other permit documentation.

Please note: The Board of Directors has up to 30 days to review and respond to your request. If your project is time-sensitive, be sure to plan accordingly.
